Good Morning Brandi!
Kimball is doing great! He slept with me and was nice and quite. He goes outside to potty and no problems there. He is eating and drinking well. He likes to eat with me right there. My 14 year old min pin just ignores him. She is ok sharing the bed with him! LOL. I brought him to my office today to keep him close since my husband needs to be out of town today. I will plan on bringing him most days. He is checking everything and everyone out. He is very curious. He is a lot like the min pins, they find the smallest spec on the carpet and elsewhere. So... everyone here at the office thinks he is darling. Kimball seems to have no adjustment time! LOL! I am being careful with him, don't worry. He is now settling in at the office as we speak and laying at my shoe. I think he is some tired from checking out the new area. I will be sure he gets rest. He is not out in any common areas to pick up disease or be harmed by larger dog's. I will send you photos every month and you can let me know how you feel he is progressing. He is a beauty and he follows me around like a little winded up toy. LOL! Love him! ;-) Just a few snap shots from the other day!

Hello:
It's been way too long, but we want to let you know what a wonderful member of our family that Jacob has become. He came to us from you in September 2011 and has adapted beautifully to life in a New York apartment. His name is now Roosevelt. We had him neutered in October 2011, as the attached document shows. We've also attached the form you need for the registration paperwork and appreciate your response. We've attached a few photos so that you can see what he looks like at 18 months. We couldn't be happier, so thank you again,

Hi Brandi,
Just wanted to give you a quick update on Jagger and send you a couple photos. We've been very impressed with our new little guy. Lili has been the one to give him most of the attention and as a result he very quickly became attached to her. So much so that he would only sleep during the day if sitting right next to her. Can we say "spoiled." He is now very happy to sit with Lili, Dave or me though and smoothers us in kisses. We brought our Keeshond puppy home a couple days ago and they are already great playmates. They are pretty much the same size right now, but Jagger is much faster and more coordinated, so Zoey ends up getting knocked over quite a bit. However, if Jagger gets put in his crate before she does, she'll lay right outside his crate like she's waiting for him to come out and play. They are adorable together and will be great friends, despite their eventual size difference. Jagger is signed up for his first puppy class which begins this Thursday. The training facility came highly recommended by a fellow Keeshond owner. They use only positive training methods and have had other Papillons in classes. We're very excited about taking him to class. So things are going very well. Jagger is very much loved and is a wonderful addition to our family.

Sending you some pictures of Mia. It’s hard to believe she’s already 3 . Here’s a couple from the other day playing at the park. She’s so funny. I took some nice portraits of her recently. My dad also just gave me her paperwork. It has been sitting at his house for a while (of course!).

Brandi,
Just a quick update. Everything went well at the airport. Please thank Bridget and Richard for the "hand delivery". We believe we will name her Stella. Initial integration into our pack is also going extremely well. Sookie and Stella are already huge "playmates"! Stella is very "outgoing" and curious for such a young pup. Patty and I are ecstatic with her!... and she is gorgeous!

Hello Brandi and Mike,
Today is Raynas 2nd Birthday!!! Of course we had the put on cute dresses and take pics for mom. Anyway Foxy and Rayna are doing great such fun girls, they even got to travel to rockport for vacation twice this summer. I swear we took more dog stuff than our own for a trip, but it was nice to take them with us and they do so well during the car ride. I hope y'all have a good week I'll send more pics later of the bday girl!
Thanks for the beautiful babies,

Brandi,
Periodically I check out your website and you have beautiful dogs but there aren't any that compare to this sasaphrase pf a spunky girl! She still has a mind of her own and if she was a bit bigger and wanted to be shown she would have cleaned up. She has an attitude and when she walks down the road there isn't any one that can compare to her. She has been a treasure and devil all wrapped in to one. I can't believe I have had her 10 years already. Pictures I took today and with her friend Ollie.

Hey Brandi,
Wanted to thank you again for the two adorable new puppies. I am attaching pictures of Pepe, Cooper and Jezebel. My mom has fallen in love with Jezebel, her little escape artist who manages to get out of her exercise pen no matter what you do, is also a bit of a bully always beating up poor Cooper. Cooper is a little snuggler whose personality is slowly coming out. Pepe likes his new little brother and everyone seems quite happy, as long as no one tries to take Pepe's treats.

Hi Brandi,
This is Josephine, Rob's mom, I want to thank you for my Jezebel, she is beautiful and so sweet, she even lays by my feet while I do dishes. She is an escape artist she has managed to get out of her 30 inch play fence so I have to come up with ideas to cover the top. I'm just crazy about my girl and our other dog Paco is getting use to her and they are starting to play together. Our cat Chrissie just watches the two dog run around. So thank you again for my prefect angel. --

Hi Brandi,
This picture was taken by Phyllis Ensley Photography in Perry , GA – I think it shows how focused and serious Titus is when we are competing, not to mention his skill and precision!!! At 5, he is now completely reliable on a course, I only worry about my decisions as a handler now, I don’t worry at all that he will make a mistake or not take my direction. What a pleasure it is to feel so confident when running – I trust him to do his job and he never lets me down – we are about half way toward our MACH, Titus earned two QQ’s this past weekend, they are coming a bit easier now, so I am hoping we can reach MACH before the end of 2013 !!! That’s our goal !!!!
Warm Regards,
Barbara and Titus

Hi Brandi and Mike,
Several years ago we had guests visiting from Atlanta that fell in love with Titus - they ended up adding 2 Braylor's Papillons to their family, and this is one of them, Teddy, now Mani!!! Mani and Kate have moved to Tacoma and are living with my daughter, Elizabeth, a Capt. in the Army and an avid hiker. The three of them go hiking almost every weekend - they have a carrier for Mani in case he gets tired, but he never does!!!!! He keeps up, as you can see, no matter what the terrain!!! Elizabeth, Kate and Mani will be visiting us in FL for Thanksgiving and we cannot wait!!!

Hey Brandi,
Well our new puppy Phelps is the cutest thing ever! My husband Andy, who has never been able to name a pet, named him Petey Q, which the puppy has taken to immediately. I so appreciate your personal flight friend Bridget. She was very pleasant to speak to and was able to arrange a flight to Charleston, SC, which was great since we are only 20 minutes away. I would recommend this method to anyone wishing to have one of your beautiful Pap Pups! From the moment I took Petey from Richard’s carrier, he seemed to know I was his forever mom. He was calm, lovable, and seemed to have had a great trip and start in life. I am so glad to have done the extensive research on Papillons and breeders. Petey is inherently focused on me. My 18 yr. old daughter and my husband are already teasing me about how attached at the hip Petey and I are. Since I had a few days off from school and work, I have been able to devote time to him and work out a routine. I decided to forego the litter box and go straight for the outside house breaking. I am using the “hurry up” command when I take him outside to do his business and he is learning it amazingly fast. He starts rooting for a spot as soon as I tell him to “hurry up” and he is so excited when I praise him. Since Thursday, he has made only 1, ONE! little dribble on the floor! He is sooo smart. His first night he woke up in his crate at 5am after having been taken outside at midnight. Five hours, Wow. I am looking for a signal bell to mount next to the door. Let us talk about fetching, shall we? Unbelievable. Did you teach him to fetch at 10 weeks old? I mean this is just crazy. He fetched his ball over 25 times the very first time I played with him. I am not talking about the new puppy fetching where he just sort of baubles around and considers bringing the ball back and when he does we consider it a successful fetch. This puppy is focused and bringing that ball directly to me! He is also assimilating well with our family Ragdoll cat Charlie. Charlie thinks he, himself, is a dog and is the coolest mellowest cat ever. He fetches, etc. As of yesterday, Charlie realized that Petey is actually cool to play with and he waits for Petey to come back in the back door knowing the puppy will play. We are still feeling the situation out, but we are well on our way with those two as happy siblings. Petey had been resting quietly next to me as I typed this letter. My husband came in and greeted him and as usual I planned on taking him out after that excitement. Well, a huge crack of thunder and a downpour of rain occurred about that time and is still going on. So, since Petey was not phased about peeing outside from the little rain and thunder we had Friday, along with my son starting up his loud car nearby, I grabbed the umbrella and headed out. I told him to “hurry up”… he peed, un-phased by the thunder, and came to get his praise!! I hope this comfort with thunder and hopefully fireworks remains. I will get some photos to you soon.
Thank you again for doing such a great job with your dogs!

Brandi & Mike,
Lea has grown up to be my lovely little vamp, luring you in with sweetness right before she sticks a tongue in your dinner plate lol. Her nickname at work is "my little scarf", since she loves to sleep draped around my neck while I'm typing at my computer. She really has become my little cuddle bug, and she and Louis are constantly pushing each other out of the way in an attempt to sleep as close as they can to me. Dinner time is also pretty interesting, with her spinning in tight circles and Louis jumping up and down. I love my little circus lol. I've attached one of Lea's typical "I'm sexy and I know it" poses.

Hi Brandi,
Finally as promised I received the pictures of Lexie from our last 2 weekend shows. Due to the shows being inside, the lighting isn't that great but I think they still came out cute. (My flying baby!) From our last shows Lexie earned her Open Titles and is now listed as "Braylor's Pedal to the Metal OA, OAJ" on the AKC site. She is now running in the Excellent A class and once she gets her titles in that class we will be working toward the MACH title and hopefully toward Nationals as well. End of August will be our next show. We have only been in 4 weekend shows so far this year and this will be her 5th . I have been trying to ease her into the show environment, always keeping it fun and something to look forward to, as well as continued practice on focus with distractions. We continue to work on keeping that little nose off the floor ... but she is really coming along and I am very proud of her progress. When I say "Are you ready to go Play" that tail flips back and forth and she is ready! I hope you like the photos and I will keep you updated on her show progress. She is such a little Cutie and character! :-)

Rowdy and I have been working very hard in preparing for our first agility competition, and the big day finally came yesterday. Our first trial was in Spring Grove, IL and we competed in 3 events at the CPE trial. Rowdy is a border collie in a papillon body.... He ran so fast and had so much fun and remained so focused that he qualified in all three events and came in first place in his classes! He has been an absolutely perfect dog and he sends his love. I'll send you pictures and the video of his first show as soon as I get them. Thanks again for everything that you did to make Rowdy and I the perfect team!

Hi Brandi/Mike,
I am sorry if it seem that I rushed off, but it was a long day/drive and wanted to get back at a decent time. We made it in at around 11:30 pm and Lila was a wonderful passenger. Half way on my lap, then the other in the kennel. She did not get car sick at all. When we got home, hubby rushed to the door to meet us (actually Lila), and it was an instant bond. Believe it or not, she slept in our bed and next to daddy. I could not believe the traitor! LOL. It was comforting to see, she slept through the night quietly with no accidents. She had her morning feeding and then outside to relief herself. She is in her playpen but would rather be on my lap. So I take advantage since I know when daddy gets home, I know where she would like to go to. She will need adjustment time, but that is expected. Frankie and Gracie (whippet) met her last night and made her feel welcome at home. Thank you for kindness, time and dedication to your breed standards. Hopefully I won’t have as many questions as before, experience goes a long way;..
Thank you again,
Nora

Hi Brandi,
I would like to present to you Braylor's Pedal To The Metal, NA, NAJ Lec-a-Lu Lexie!! I know it's been a while and so I wanted to update you on how Lexie is doing... I just can't believe my little one is already 2! In January we tried our first Official AKC trail and Lex did pretty well. She is very attune to her environment and is a little sniffer, so we have been working on Fun with Focus. :-) and doing some Fun Run Events between that time and now, along with classes and renting the ring on weekends to continue our fun and play in the ring environment. This weekend was Lexie's second Official AKC Trial. She ran really well earning her Novice titles in Jumpers and Standard and another leg in the Novice Fast Class. The photographer got some really nice shots, however she travels to various shows so it will take a little while to get them, but as soon as I do I will scan them to send to you as well. As silly as this may sound when I saw the photo's it brought tears of pride to my eyes because she has really come a long way. Lexie really enjoys running and is getting into strutting around the Trial. I have attached a picture of Lex with her ribbons from the January Trail and the ones from this Weekend. Thanks again for my little Cutie and clown - she is so pretty and always makes me laugh!
PS: The story behind Lec-a-Lu At the Show in January and other Fun Runs there were so many Lexie's running in the other rings that I never knew for sure when my Lexie was running and I run Tamieca in Excellent so I kept running back and forth between 3 rings for Excellent and Novice when they would call "Lexie up in 2 or Lexie to the Line" in the Novice ring. I have called her my little Lec-a-Lu as a nick name around the house and she seemed to like the Lu drawn out so I added her nick name to her Official call name. So now it's Braylor's Pedal To The Metal - Lec-a-Lu Lexie ... my little speed nick! when she's focused :-)

Hello from Ranger and Elaine!
Was hoping to send a picture of Ranger with the chickens, but he's decided he doesn't like them anymore. When we were setting up their chicken lot with the electric net fence, Ranger put his nose a little too close and got jolted. He blames the chickens for his sore nose, and he hasn't forgiven them yet. I'll try to smooth things over.

Hi dear Brandi,
I know it has been a long time since we have sent you a little note or a picture of ourselves. We have been remiss. However, you are on our minds all of the time! Both the boys and the girls speak of you often, and the girls bemoan the fact that they have had to start all over training new people in their lives. They miss you. We have loaded up for another RV trip to California to see grandma…the first for the girls. I email from Redding, CA with this afternoon’s picture of Buddy, Winston, Carrie and Asti upon arrival. Everyone is anxious for that first exploratory walk about and a chance to relieve themselves……..so put down the camera you ninny and let’s get going….it’s written all over their faces. I am reminded that it has been about one year since Asti and Carrie arrived. They are still working at making this place their home. It’s been a big adjustment. We drive them bananas with our constant fussing and the total lack of privacy….Winston and Buddy have to nose into everything of course and offer opinions. So far they have all done well on this trip. Last night during our walk in Oregon campsite, a couple we met were “quite” amazed (and probably shaking their heads at our insanity) that we had no less than 4 Papillion’s. I must admit that when 4 such lovely little things are gathered together they do make a real impression. I told the couple we were ranchers. HA! However it isn’t all fun and games and looking terrific. With 4 Paps on the end of 4 leashes there are many opportunities for the hilarious fun of tying Jim and myself up in knots. Not to mention the constant threat to our high grooming standards with brambles, weeds and who knows how many pesky bugs? Well enough of our adventures. We must go for now….time for chow and no one waits patiently for that…..especially not while on the road.
Many paw hugs,
Winston, Buddy, Carrie, Asti, Becky and Jim.

B,
Been a while since we've sent you an update on us and our adventures! Trekker, through an interesting turn of circumstances unkown to me, is the May 2012 cover dog on Clean Run Magazine! This shot was taken at a trial in North Carolina. Trek got his copy in the mail today, he's practicing 'paw-toe-graphs' for his new Pappi-razzi!!!! Dera has been coaching him in 'star' etiquette.....and all I can think....great now I have a diva and a player!!!!! And while I know I am completely biased, he certainly does look like he belongs on that cover! Go Braylor's Paps!!!! Woooooooo hooooooooooooo!!!!!!

Hi Brandi,
Hope all is well! I just wanted to share these two photos of my little April Fool who turned 2 on April 1st! I can't believe he grew up so fast! He is is such a great dog and loves everyone just like I asked for! He will play ball for hours and is really smart, he is still a little scatter and unfocused but just as you said once he turned 18 months his brain seemed to magically come in and he gets better all the time. These pictures were taken on Easter Sunday when I went to my parent's house for the weekend. He loves going to my parent's house because he gets to play with my mom's Chihuahua and run in the yard for hours. He seems to finally be growing out of his fear of cars, which is great.
Best,
Rob

Brandi,
Arden just earned her Level 2 Point level title in Cpe Agility. This means she earned 2000 points -( added up to 82 qualifying runs in Level 2.) I am enclosing a picture of her surrounded by her ribbons. She had many perfect weekends and one High in trial during this quest. Now i will move her up to more challenging courses. So far she has qualified in her higher level courses also. She is doing very well for such a young dog - she really likes to work - but performs best when I convince her it is her idea! LOL I do love the papillon breed. We have a State Tournament in agility in July and Arden will be on an all papillon team! Even if we don't win, the team picture should be a hoot.

Hi Brandi and Mike,
You may remember 5 years ago, on Easter Sunday, Titus was born, and now he will be 5 on yet another Easter Sunday !!! What a special “Little Man” he is !!! We continue to do Agility – working on our MACH, we travel quite a bit, and take classes!! We still enjoy chasing a ball as much as we ever did, and other favorite activities include a trip to the Marina Park and stopping for frozen yogurt!!! Titus has not given up his place as King of the Castle and the Pyr Shep has just learned to “deal with it “ – in other words, all the toys belong to Titus – once in a while he allows someone else to play with one of them. He is the love of my life!!!!
Happy Easter to you all !

Hi Brandi and Mike,
Just letting you know that "Nova", aka "Gem", is doing wonderful. We are blessed to have her in our lives. "Nova" wants her sister, "Mia" to know that she is very proud of all her "accomplishments", and thinks she is beautiful! "Nova" is living in Abbeville, SC along with her family, "Tater & "Lovey". We are sending pictures so you can see how beautiful she is. "Nova" loves to run, like her sister "Mia," and is tough as nails, even though she is only 4lbs. Hard to believe she will turn 3yrs old in April...time sure goes fast! Brandi and Mike, thank-you for the pleasure of having "Nova" in our lives!

Hello,
Mia is doing very well! She is just the best dog ever. I feel very lucky to have her, she makes me smile about a hundred times a day. I’ve finally gotten to a place where I could start training again. We’ve recently finished a refresher obedience course and are now working on rally- which is a completely new venture for me. If only she would stop taking the jump like an agility jump! We’ve also finally found a trainer for agility and recently started that back up again. If you say the word agility in front of Mia, she goes crazy. It’s her favorite, and it’s my favorite too. I can’t wait to get to higher levels of training with her, but decided it would be best to start up from the beginning since it’s been over a year since she’s seen any agility equipment. So far she is seeming to remember everything. Her trainers are very complimentary her temperament. She is so eager to try things and getting more confident by the day and is so much fun to work with. She never just slowly does something, everything is done with gusto. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you again for letting me have such a fantastic dog. She is awesome. I will have to send you pictures soon. J She’s gotten very good ear fringe lately.

Brandi,
Thought you might like an update with a couple of great photos. Ryker is doing wonderfully and is a beautiful pup as you can see from the photos. These were taken for our church directory and the photographer could not believe how easy it was to get great photos with him. He was a big hit in the waiting room with a group of seniors from our parish. Ryker passed obedience class I and is now in class 2 where he will start off leash training. He is the best dog in the class - although some credit needs to go to John since he is the most experienced handler in the class. After some adjustments, basically John needed to get used to training a little dog, both are working very well together. Part of the adjustment was for John to get new shoes that had a softer sole. Ryker was apprehensive about being stepped on in training and the quieter shoes have worked wonderfully. He is very friendly and can be overwhelming at first with other dogs. His ability to repeatedly jump straight up in the air is a little much for some adult dogs - but he is learning. He has a girl friend at class - Amber the Sheltie - he likes to like her face and horse around. His other pal is the Class II instructors black and white great Dane. Looks like a cow but Ryker loves him and gives him kisses on the nose. Obviously no rough housing on that front - only the shelties for that. He is full of energy but also very cuddly. I work from home 2 days and in the afternoon he has gotten in the routine of napping on my lap while I work on the computer. Usually sleeps for 1-2 hours as long as I don't move.
Hope all is well -
Sue

Hi Brandi & Mike,
You would think that Wonder would let me take a photo of her on her 15th birthday, but true to form it was not going to be today. Spud makes sure that she helps her mother and gets right in front of Wonder, after all Spud loves her picture taken! Wonder has her days, her hearing comes and goes as well as her eyesight, but all in all she enjoys her life and sometimes runs about like a two yr old. Spud spends most of her time making sure all the dogs are doing what she wants them to do!
Hope you enjoy,

Hello Brandi,
I don't know if you remember me, but I bought Daphne, renamed Porsche, about four years ago. I absolutely adore her, she's added so much pleasure to my life, I can't begin to explain. I'm thinking that perhaps I may like to get another. I hope all is well with you and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Brandi,
This weekend Arden ran in the CPE agility trial in Williston, Florida. 15 runs over three days and every one was perfect - she was the perfect pap and won high in trial! I am so proud of her - we are having the greatest time! I love her sooooooo much! She is awesome in agility just like you said she would be and what a character she is - waves that long white tail around like a gymnast ribbon! Everyone thinks she is the cutest pap ever ( well, she is!) I am so glad she came to live with us.
